Omri Marian
Professor of Law
Expertise: International taxation, comparative taxation, taxation of financial instruments
Background: Omri Marian is an internationally recognized expert in international taxation and comparative taxation. Before joining UCI Law, he was an assistant Professor of Law at the University of Florida where he taught in the graduate tax program. He also practiced as a tax associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Prof. Marian's work has been cited by Congress and is frequently featured in financial media outlets.

Joshua Blank
Professor of Law
Expertise: Tax Administration and Compliance, Taxation of Business Entities, Taxpayer Privacy and Tax Transparency
Background: Joshua Blank joined UCI Law as a professor of law in July 2018. Previously, he was a member of the full-time faculty of NYU School of Law, where he served as professor of tax law, vice dean for technology-enhanced education and faculty director of its graduate tax program.

Victor Fleischer
Professor of Law
Expertise: Partnership Tax, Federal Taxation, Tax, Private Equity Law, Tax Policy, Corporate Finance, Business and Corporate Law, Corporate Tax, Financial Market Regulation
Background: Victor Fleischer joined UCI Law a as professor of law in July 2018. Previously, he served as professor of tax law and director of tax programs at the University of San Diego School of Law. Prof. Fleischer teaches and writes in the areas of corporate tax, international tax, partnership tax, tax policy, and alternative investments.
