Each fall, members of the UCI Law faculty present a preview of the major cases that the Supreme Court will be considering during the upcoming court term, which runs from early October to the end of June. This year, the program includes cases covering a broad range of issues, including the Affordable Care Act, intellectual property, the 8th Amendment, free speech, religious exemptions to anti-discrimination laws, and voting rights disputes related to the upcoming Presidential Election.
